If you have any condominium association issues, we ask that you to attempt to solve them in the following order, in an effort to minimize fees/charges from the management company:

1. Try to work out the problem on your own or amongst other applicable owners/tenants of MPCA; IF UNSUCCESSFUL, THEN


2. Contact with discretion the trustee who is "on call" for that particular month; IF UNSUCCESSFUL, THEN


3. Reach out to the management company, R Brown Partners.

As a reminder, please use good judgment in determining whether the issue warrants the involvement of the condominium association or management company in the first place (rather than an issue that pertains specifically to your individual unit), and also whether the issue is sufficiently urgent that addressing it cannot wait until regular business hours.
